Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your Aswan hotel or Nile cruise. You’ll be escorted to the felucca dock where your private traditional sailboat awaits. Glide peacefully across the shimmering waters of the Nile, guided by the gentle breeze and your experienced Nubian captain. First, we’ll sail to Kitchener’s Island, a tranquil botanical garden established by Lord Kitchener, where you can disembark for a leisurely stroll amidst exotic plants, towering palm trees, and vibrant flora from around the world. Afterward, the felucca will continue its journey south to Sehel Island, home to a charming Nubian village. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture, perhaps visit a traditional Nubian house, enjoy a refreshing tea, or browse handmade crafts. From Sehel Island, you’ll also enjoy picturesque views of the ancient Philae Temple from a distance (optional closer visit to Philae would require separate arrangements). As the afternoon unfolds, relax on board, soaking in the serene scenery of the Nile’s banks, before your felucca gently returns to the original departure point in Aswan.
